Grafton Grove is situated in the tranquil countryside where visitors can enjoy watching the wildlife and birds of prey. Excellent for relaxing, walking or cycling. Located in the magic triangle of the market towns of Leominster, Tenbury Wells and Bromyard. Ludlow is also nearby. Ideal for touring with black and white village trails close by, the Elgar trail, the Welsh border country. Also many historic and National Trust properties, castles, staely homes, gardens and antique markets in the area.

Grafton Grove has an enclosed patio with garden furniture and also a half an acre garden orchard with picnic bench where you can relax and the children and dogs have plenty of room to play. From the patio and garden orchard you can enjoy the glorious sunsets over the Welsh hills.

There is ample off-road parking. Also in the enclosed parking area is a dog kennel where you can leave your dog if you don’t want to take them on every trip out in the car.

Ground floor accommodation comprises of spacious lounge with open inglenook fireplace with cosy woodburner and luxury leather sofas and chairs. Dining room with nice views. A large kitchen with traditional farmhouse oak table and Welsh dresser. There is also a downstairs lobby, boot room and toilet. The spacious first floor comprises of bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin and 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has en-suite shower and space for a cot. The second bedroom is also a double room. The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds.
