The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacons

We are proud to be one of the beacon lighting locations marking the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. We are hosting this event alongside Eardisland Parish Council to kick start the celebrations that will be happening throughout the bank holiday weekend. The Jubilee Beacons will provide an opportunity for communities and people throughout the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK Overseas Territories and the Commonwealth, to come together to celebrate The Queen’s 70 years of service.

Tickets are £5 on the night and will include a pig roast. There will also be entertainment from pipers, the bugle call, the live television broadcast in the Great Hall and the official beacon lighting done at 9:30pm. We will have the bars open inside the house and ice cream will also be available.
